Client Selection Report
n You can create a report based on whatever client information you desire. Examples of selection reports include but are not limited to: Client list with date of birth, First or Last Visit, or Client Referrals. n The selection process works this way: if you want all clients on a specific report you do not enter any selection criteria. If you want to limit the report to specific clients then select the field that you want to limit by. Example zip code = 77079. Select the field zip from the list of fields found on the top of the screen, then click on the button select criteria then enter your criteria. Operator would be equal to and the criteria would be 77079. You can select as many selection criteria as you want but remember the more criteria will limit the number of clients on the report.
