Security

pos-software-hardware.com  knows that security is very important to our clients. As such we use SSL (an Internet standard) to protect our clients when they make payments through our store. Never do we pass credit card numbers by email or unsecured in any way, and never do we store unencrypted data.

Shipping

We ship software on cd rom with a full size manual. All software is shipped Federal Express 2-day express for US orders unless you specify otherwise. All orders submitted by 2 pm central standard time monday to friday will be shipped same day otherwise shipped the next day. Fedex Ground services and can take anywhere from 2-5 days to reach a US Destination. Hardware may have a delay in shipping time if an item is on backorder. Client will be informed by phone of backorder. 

Returns

We have a NO RETURN policy on our software products that is why we provide free evaluation versions of the software. We have No Returns on the media products. We have a 15% hardware restocking fee plus any shipping and cod charges within 15 days of purchase. Hardware must have all packing materials and boxes for proper credit on returns. Also, all hardware returns must have a RMA number issued by Aknaf Software. For a RMA number call 281-398-3770 or toll free 1-888-785-0882.

We accept visa, mastercard, american express, and discover cards for payments.  Your credit card will be billed from Aknaf Software.  

Price on Web

Warranty

All manufacturer's warranties start on the date of purchase. Warranty terms differ per each manufacturer. Please, refer to the manufacturer for any warranty service.
